The current Fee Schedule is as follows

Reimbursement claims are to be paid prior to acceptance of membership.

1. Mileage - RM1.00 per KM (if driving) + additional KM's if spa is not in the town.
2. Return Flight - to be taken if travel time by road is more than 3 hours or 300 kms
3. Toll charges (with receipts)
4. Overnight stay at the venue if more than 60 kms away from base (Kuala Lumpur).
5. If the spa in not based in a hotel, a hotel will be chosen by the commitee and all expenses will be borne by the applicant.
6. If an overnight stay is required, all meals expenses are to be borne by the applicant.
7. All reimbursable claims must be paid prior to notification of membership approval.

Distance in KMs will be based on the standard distance chart of the country
