Basic Breathing One


Sit in a convenient comfortable posture whether on the floor or on a chair. Place your hands on your knees, while the body should be straight.



  • Exhale slowly and completely through both nostrils, emptying all the air completely from the lungs by pulling your stomach in;

  • Immediately thereafter start inhaling through the nostrils, filling both lungs and pushes out the stomach. While breathing, ensure not to make any noise or to strain;

  • Once the inhalation is complete, air should not be retained in the lungs but exhalation should start immediately.
